How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 7 to 18 days.
How much is postage?
Free UK delivery. Postage for any other country is shown before you pay, and it is sometimes free.
Will I pay import tax or customs charges?
Orders to addresses outside the UK may have to pay import VAT, customs duties and courier handling fees on delivery. These are set by your country and aren't included in our price.
Where does it ship from?
After you pay, the order goes to our supplier, who posts it to you. It does not leave a Wexbury shop.
Do you see my card number?
No. Stripe takes the payment. We receive the name, address and what you ordered, so we can send it.
Can I collect it?
Not yet. There is no shop to walk into.
How do I send something back?
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery, with your order reference. We will tell you where to send it. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or not as described. See the returns page.
How do I track an order?
Open Track an order and enter the reference from your confirmation email, plus the email you paid with. The tracking number shows once the courier has the parcel. Before that, the page says it is being prepared.
Who replies if I write in?
A person, at [email protected]. Include the order reference if you have one.
